of Seventh Street & east of Pearl
THIRD WARD – Includes all that part of the city lying south of
Root River & west of a lilne running from Root River south
through Chippewa to Seventh, thence east through Seventh to
Pearl to the city limits
FOURTH WARD – Includes all that part of the city lying north
Of Root River & Prospect street & east of Marquette
FIFTH WARD – Includes all that part of the city lying west of
Fourth Ward & Root River
